This week has been a busy and enjoyable one at the Microsoft MVP Summit. More than 1000 MVPs have flown from all parts of the world to learn and discuss the latest changes in the different Microsoft technologies.
As part of the Business Applications group, I have had the opportunity to meet some of the greatest Dynamics professionals and share our views on the new Power Platform and how CRM has evolved to the point where it is now as Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
